HOW ARE SERVICES DELIVERED?

Coaching and evaluations are available in person, over the phone, or via FaceTime.

ARE SERVICES COVERED BY OHIP?

All the services provided are user-pay. We do encourage our clients to check with their insurance company directly to find 

out if there is coverage for coaching.

HOW MUCH DO SERVICES COST?

The cost of services are listed below. 

  • Self Regulation / Executive Function /Attentional Initial Evaluations - $1,750 for a 2hr session

  • Coaching Session - $400/hr, available in 30 min increments

  • Education Sessions - $500/hr

  • Documentation Review - $400/hr​
     

Initial meetings will have to be paid in full 48 hours prior to the time of the meeting. 

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST SESSION?

We ask that you bring three copies of the following information on a sheet of paper

  • Full Name

  • Date of Birth 

  • Cell Phone

  • Email address 

  • Mailing address 

It is helpful to include 3-4 paragraphs outlining the history of your challenges to date and what has been tried.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Mon - Fri 8:30 - 6:30 pm

Sat-Sun Available upon request 

Appointments must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the start of the session. Appointments that are not cancelled within 48 hours (or missed) will still be charged. Cancellations should be made by phone and/or email.
